A multicenter first-in-man clinical Phase I study with GANYMED’s Claudiximab (iMAB362) antibody in patients with metastatic adenocarcinoma of the stomach and the lower esophagus has been successfully concluded in the second quarter of 2010 up to a dose of 1g/sqm, without observing any serious related adverse events.

GANYMED has five further antibody projects in non-clinical development in solid cancers with high unmet medical need, including melanomas, prostate cancers, lung cancers, breast cancers, colorectal cancers, and head & neck cancers.

Founded in 2001 as a spin-off from the Universities of Mainz and Zurich, the Company is located in Mainz, Germany and has 70 employees.
